Anne Marie Honggokoesoemo

After her studies Classical piano with Jan Vermeulen, Jazz vocals with Kristina Fuchs and Music Theory at the Lemmensinstitute in Leuven, Anne Marie continued her vocal studies with David Lynx at the Royal Conservatory in Brussels.

As the leading lady of Monkeys & Mermaids Orchestra, she composes and arranges the repertory.

Alongside her love for music, Anne Marie followed her passion for dance and movement at the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance (SEAD) where she studied contemporary dance. She is currently performing in Klankennest and Theater De Spiegel as both singer and dancer.

The piano, the angelic vocals and comforting cello, moving and grooving with the bass and the drums, create the soothing sound of Monkeys & Mermaids Orchestra.
